Virtual Support Groups
These groups are designed for mothers who are navigating the transition into parenthood and want support from others who truly understand what they're experiencing. Whether you're feeling disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your community, you're welcome here.
No. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from support. Many parents join because they're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, burned out, or simply looking for connection with other parents who "get it."
Each session includes a facilitated discussion around common challenges of parenthood, opportunities to connect with other members, practical strategies for navigating this season, and plenty of space for honest conversation. There is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.
Yes. These are therapist-led psychotherapy groups facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. While education and practical tools are included, the primary focus is providing therapeutic support and connection.
You're encouraged to participate with your camera on because it helps create connection within the group, but we understand that parenting is unpredictable. Babies, feeding, diaper changes, and real life are all welcome here.
Absolutely. Babies are welcome. If your little one needs to be fed, soothed, or held during group, that's completely okay.
Life happens. While regular attendance helps build trust and connection within the group, we understand that illness, childcare, and family schedules sometimes get in the way. You'll simply rejoin at the next session.
Yes. As your therapist, I am bound by confidentiality laws. I also ask every participant to respect the privacy of everyone in the group by keeping personal stories and identifying information confidential.
Each virtual group meets for approximately 90 minutes.
